微生物复合降黏技术在底水稠油油藏开发中的应用

Application of composite microbial viscosity reduction technology in development of heavy oil reservoir with bottom water

文中首次提出在底水稠油油藏水平井开发中采用微生物复合降黏技术。该技术是一项针对采取水平井开发但采出程度仍然较低的稠油油藏提出了的综合技术,解决了单一微生物采油效率较低的问题。在BQ油田B64断块馆三3油组底水稠油油藏水平井B28KH井运用该技术后,油井原油黏度有效降低,综合含水下降,单井产量明显上升。该技术先导实验的成功,为提高同类稠油油藏,特别是采用水平井生产、底水活跃、隔夹层不发育的稠油油藏的开发,找到了一种新方法。
Composite microbial viscosity reduction technology was first proposed in horizontal well development of heavy oil reservoir with bottom water in this paper. This technology resolved the problem of low-efficiency reservoir development by single microbial enhanced oil recovery and was an integrated technology for heavy oil reservoir, especially those which had still low degree of reserves recovery with horizontal well. After the technology was implemented in horizontal well B28KH of heavy oil reservoir with bottom water in NgⅢ3 oil measures of Ban64 fault block, BQ Oilfield, crude oil viscosity was effectively decreased, comprehensive water cut came down, single well yield increased definitely. The success of pilot experiment of the technology offered a new method for the development of similar heavy oil reservoir, especially for the reservoirs which have the active bottom water and poorly-developed interlayer through the use of horizontal well to produce.
