Profile control technique and pilot test of extra-deep heavy oil reservoir in center area of Lukeqin Oilfield

鲁克沁油田中区稠油油藏具有埋藏深、原油黏度大、储层物性较差等特点。油藏采用注水开发,注入水方向性突进,对应油井含水上升快,整体需深部调剖。油藏开发要求调剖剂成胶时间长,能够深入地层深部,并具有足够的强度,能有效封堵高渗透层和微裂缝。针对油藏特征及开发现状,通过相关资料和室内实验,成功研发了延缓交联酚醛树脂凝胶(中高温下成胶时间大于5 d)和高强度复合有机交联冻胶2种调剖剂,满足注入剂量大、组合段塞封堵技术的要求。按照“三压力调剖决策方法”要求选井,优化设计了施工参数,确保达到深部调剖的目的。优化配套可控排量施工工艺,减小对低渗层、低渗带的伤害,为稠油调剖顺利实施提供保障。试验井组增油量达到7.5 t/d,实现了鲁克沁稠油油藏开发上的新突破。
The heavy oil in the center area of Lukeqin Oilfield is characterized by deep burial, high viscosity and poor reservoir property. Waterflooding development is adopted, but the injected water directionally dashes. Meanwhile the water content of corresponding oil wells rises fast. The large-scale deep profile control is needed. In order to enter the deep strata, the gelling time of profile control agent must lengthen. To plug effectively high permeability zone and tiny cracks, profile control agent must have higher strength. According to reservoir characteristics and current status of exploitation, HPAM-phenol aldehyde resin gel that can delay crosslink(the gelling time is greater than 5 days at middle-high temperature) and high strength compound organic crosslinking gel are developed successfully through relevant information and laboratory experiment. These profile control agents can meet high-dose injection and the combination slug sealing technology requirements. Directionality of waterflooding is strong according to the requirement of three-pressure profile control to choose well. Construction parameters are optimized in order to attain the purpose of deep profile control. Optimization of construction technology of assorted controllable displacement can reduce the damage of low permeability zones, providing a guarantee for the implementation of profile control of heavy oil. Test wells increase 7.5 tons oil production every day. The development of heavy oil reservoir realizes a new breakthrough in Lukeqin Oilfield.
