摘要
当水层距离压裂油层较近时,在施工过程中即使采取相应的缝高控制措施其水层被压开可能也在所难免,这就会导致油井压后大量产水甚至水淹,措施失败。研究分析了一种新型的透油阻水支撑剂,该支撑剂在油水流过时能对水相起到一定阻挡作用而让油相自由通过。通过Y井现场应用,该井由压前试油不出液到压后产液量为5.7 t/d,产油量为2.5 t/d,累计投产24个月,含水率一直稳定在55%~60%。W井由压前含水率83.8%到压裂后投产16个月含水率基本稳定在20%之内,该透油阻水型支撑剂在近水层油层压裂中取得了较好的增油控水效果。
Abstract
When distance is really little between oil layer and water layer, it may be unavoidable that the water layer is fractured during the stimulation job even if the treatment of fracture height controlling is implemented. Wherefore, a great quantity of water will enter into wellbore after fracturing and the treatment fails. A new hydrophobic?-lipophilic proppant is introduced in this paper. The proppant can resist the water flow, but the oil can put through it freely. This kind of proppant is applied in Well Y. There is no liquid yield before fracturing and there is 5.7 t/d liquid yield and 2.5 t/d oil mass after fracturing. The well has been produced for 24 months and water cut is always 55%-60%. From water cut 83.8% before fracturing to within 20% after fracturing for 16 months of putting into production for Well W, the hydrophobic-lipophilic proppant shows a good effect in controlling water during fracturing of oil layer nearby water layer.
