坨82特稠油区块出砂原因及防砂措施

Reason and control measure of sand production on Tuo82 extra-heavy oil block

坨82特稠油区块位于王庄油田，为高孔、中高渗储层，是构造、岩性控制的层状强水敏特稠油油藏，普遍存在油井地层出砂问题，给生产带来了一系列危害。文中通过对坨82特稠区块油井出砂规律及原因的研究，优选改进了两步法预充填绕丝筛管防砂方法对该区块油井出砂进行治理。结果表明：防砂方式不优化、稠油蒸汽吞吐开发是造成油井出砂的重要原因；采用改进的两步法预充填绕丝筛管防砂工艺，可以有效提高井筒近井地带挡砂墙的挡砂效果，防止环空出砂，从而改善特稠油区块的开发效果。

Tuo82 extra-heavy oil block with high porosity and medium-high permeability reservoir, located in Wangzhuang Oilfield, is a stratified extra-heavy oil reservoir, controlled by structure and lithology, with strong water sensitivity. Sand production is universal in oil well, which creates a series of serious problems for oil production. Based on the study of sand production laws and reasons in oil well of Tuo82 extra-heavy oil block, two-step restraining wire-wrapped liner method is optimized to prevent the sand production. Study result shows that the steam stimulation is the main reason of sand production, with sand prevention means being poor. The improved two-step restraining wire-wrapped liner method can improve the sand prevention effect of immediate vicinity of wellbore, and can prevent the sand production in annulus space, which improves the development of extra-heavy oil block.
