官23-46井位于大港油田采油三厂孔店潜山构造带,是一口电泵井,该井压力系数约为0.71,属于低压漏失井,2012年4月该井使用80 m3清水进行冲砂作业全部漏失。为了降低成本,使用由新型发泡剂、活性剂、复合稳泡剂等处理剂配制而成的新型可变形微泡油层保护液与无固相体系,并结合段塞法进行作业。该微泡体系具有较高的稳定性(比一般泡沫稳定),结构复杂,过渡层明显,有一定抗压性,能够受挤压变形,是一种针对低压漏失井研制的新型修井液体系。作业顺利完成,施工成本降低20%,而且作业后2 d恢复产量,油层保护效果显著。
Well Guan23-46 is located in Kongdian buried hill structural belt in No.3 Oil Production Plant of Dagang Oilfield, which is an electrical pump well. The well is an absorption well with low pressure and its pressure coefficient is only about 0.71. Clear water of 80 m3 fully leaks off during sand washing operation in April 2012. In order to reduce costs, a new deformable microfoam reservoir protection liquid, made up by new foaming agent, active agent, composite stable foam agent, and debris free system combined with slug method are used. The microfoam system has a good stability(more stable than general foam), with the structure complex, depletion layer obvious and drillability being definite. It can deform when it is compressed, which is a new workover fluid system developed against the absorption well with low pressure. The operation is completed successfully. Operation costs are reduced by 20% and the production rate is resumed within two days after the operation. The effect of reservoir protection is obvious.
