气举排水采气生产规律研究

气举是目前含水气田开发中常用的排水采气工艺之一。随着气田的不断开发,气藏条件会发生变化,明确气举生产过程中各因素对气井生产规律的影响,合理调整生产工艺参数成为气田有效开发的关键。文中首先采用数值模拟的方法针对现场实际生产设备条件进行气井优化设计,然后对后续生产过程中影响气井生产规律的各因素进行分析,最后针对生产条件的变化,根据各因素对生产变化规律的影响大小及时调整生产参数(注气压力、注气量、气举阀的种类和注气深度等)指导现场生产,达到气井稳产增产的目的。
Gas lift is one of the common water drainage and gas production technologies in gas field development with high water cut. As the gas field development, the condition of gas reservoir can change. It will become the key of effective development to clear the influencing factors of gas production law and to adjust the production parameters timely in production. This paper adopts the numerical simulation method to optimize the actual production equipment and the condition of gas well and then to analyze the influencing factors of gas production law in the process of follow-on production. At last, based on the production condition changes and influencing factors, the production parameters such as injection pressure, injection rate, the type of gas lift valves and the depth of injection are adjusted timely to guide field production and to maintain or increase the gas production.
