微溶胶是一种微米级颗粒溶液或分散凝胶溶液,主要用于油藏的深部调驱,具有控水和驱油双重功能。针对SZ-1油藏条件(温度65 ℃、矿化度32 g/L),通过反相乳液聚合法制得了微米级双重交联聚合物微球——微溶胶。实验结果表明,微溶胶初始中值粒径为16.99 μm,与孔喉尺度相匹配;在65 ℃、矿化度50 g/L的条件下,体积溶胀倍率可达216.25,兼具微溶的特性,并可长期保持稳定;转向压力实验表明微溶胶具有较好的强度和弹性变形能力。
Micro-sol is a micro-grade particle solution or dispersion gel solution. It is mainly used in the deep profile control of oil reservoirs. It has the dual function of water control and oil displacement. Aimed at the characteristics of SZ-1 reservoir with temperature of 65 ℃ and salinity of 32 g/L, the micron grade double cross-linked polymer microsphere called Micro-sol is obtained by inverse emulsion polymerization. The results show that the initial particle size of micro-sol is 16.99 μm which is compatible with the pore throat. At 65 ℃, the volume expansion rate reaches to 216.25 times at 50 g/L salt solution having the characteristics of micro-soluble and long-term stability. The transition pressure experiment indicates that the micro-sol has good strength and elastic deformation ability.
