延缓断层处套管损坏的方法

复杂断块油田受剧烈构造的挤压,断层发育,断层附近套管损坏严重。东辛复杂断块和南帕斯27断块断层处的套损规律表明,断层处不封固的井,当套管与地层的环空间隙达到120 mm时,套管损坏几率较小;进一步统计表明,纵向上断层处98%的套损集中在钻遇断点上下30 m的范围内。因此,为了延缓断层处套管损坏,提出了一种断层处固井的新方法及实现工艺,即在钻遇断点上下30 m层段不固井,并扩孔使环空间隙达到120 mm,给断层滑移运动留出一个缓冲带。
The complex fault-block oilfield is severely squeezed by intensive tectonic activities, so faults develop and casing damages are serious near the fault. The casing damage law at the fault in Dongxin and South Pars 27 fault blocks shows that the casing damage is likely less when no cementing at the fault and the annular up to 120 millimeters. Further statistics shows that 98% casing damages concentrate in the range of 30 meters up and down the fault. Therefore, in order to delay casing damage at the fault, a new cementing method and implementation process are proposed, which is no cementing near the fault and reaming the annular space up to 120 millimeters, setting aside a buffer zone for fault-slip movement.
