井壁修整器在塔河油田TK1286井的应用

新疆塔河油田起钻过程中经常出现起钻困难的情况,需要短起下拉井壁,花费大量时间,因此应尽量减少短起下钻次数,以有效提高钻井效率,缩短钻井周期。在分析塔河油田地层缩径原因的基础上,文中介绍了井壁修整器的结构、原理、钻具结合及其在TK1286井的应用情况。现场应用表明,井壁修整器变以往被动的短起下拉井壁的工艺技术为主动刮削井壁,较好地解决了起下钻容易遇阻的难题。它可以较好地刮削因钻井液性能和地层等因素在井壁上产生的多余泥饼和吸水膨胀导致井径缩小的部分塑变岩石,减少短起下拉井壁等工艺过程,提高钻井时效,有利于钻头起下和电测施工的顺利进行。 
Short trips often happen to ensure the safety of the drilling construction work due to frequent difficulties in pulling out of Tahe Oilfield. So the period of operation can be shortened and the efficiency can be improved simply by reducing the frequency of short trips whilst ensuring safety. This paper first analyzes the reasons why the diameter of well-walls in Tahe Oilfield of Xinjiang draws down frequently, then introduces the structure, principle and make-up of string of the well-wall trimmer as well as the application in Well TK1286. The field application results show that the well-wall trimmer switches the usual passive short trips to a proactive trimming of the well-wall from the technology point of view. This significantly reduces the difficulties during tripping. The well-wall trimmer can trim the extra mud cakes produced by factors such as layers or drilling fluid function, and also can trim plastic deformated rocks in well wall. Thanks to the characteristics, short trips are reduced, the efficiency of operation is increased and the trips and logging operations are much smoother.
