气田射孔完井参数优化设计研究

影响射孔完井产能的因素很多,在射孔完井阶段能控制和影响产能的因素主要有射孔孔径、相位角、孔密、射孔穿透深度。以×气田为例,设计出一套完井参数模拟计算方案,分析了以上4项因素对射孔表皮系数的影响,进而根据气井二项式产能方程,结合钻井污染表皮系数、射孔形成的表皮系数进行气井无阻流量计算以及不同生产压差下产量计算,分析4项因素对气井产能的影响;在认清各项影响因素对完井产能的影响后,提出了针对×气田的射孔完井参数优化,现场实际应用效果良好,有效地指导了现场生产作业。
Many factors can influence the productivity of the well which is completed by perforation. In perforation completion stage, the influence factors which can be controled mainly include SPF, hole depth, phase, hole diameter. In this paper, a whole simulation scheme of well completion parameters is designed, the Influences of SPF, hole depth, phase and hole diameter on perforating skin is analysed, and then, based on the binomial deliverability equation of gas well, the AOF of gas well and the outcome under different producing pressure drop are calculated conbining with drilling skin and perforating skin. Thus, the influence of the four factors on the deliverability is analysed; With the clear recognition about the influence of all factors on the deliverability, the optimal perforation completion parameters for a gas field are derived, which produce a good result in practical application and guide the production in situ effectively.
