摘要
钻井液性能的好坏直接影响钻井质量,为了更全面深入地评价钻井液性能,采用砂心试片作为渗漏介质,测定钻井液渗滤性能,建立砂心试片评价钻井液性能的方法,此法较传统的渗漏介质滤纸对地层模拟更为逼真。通过对试片表面或断面的图像采集,可以分析钻井液处理剂微观作用机理。同时可以评价出试片返排后渗透性恢复值,提高测试仪器的利用率。以成膜钻井液为例,考察砂心试片评价钻井液性能方法的可行性。实验结果表明,该方法可以更好地模拟地层情况,并且操作简单方便,科学实用,可为有关科研和生产提供一种新评价手段。
Abstract
Drilling fluid properties have a direct impact on the drilling quality during drilling operation. In order to evaluate drilling fluid properties further, this paper adopts the sand core test piece as the leakage medium to determine the infiltration performance of drilling fluid and to establish the evaluation method of drilling fluid properties with sand core test piece. The method is more lifelike than the traditional stratigraphic simulation with leakage medium(filter paper). The microscopic action mechanism of drilling fluid additives is analyzed by the image acquisition of the surface or cross section of test piece. At the same time, the permeability recovery value of sand core test piece can be appraised after reverse discharging, thus raising the utilization ratio of test instrument. Taking the membrane-forming drilling fluid as an example, the feasibility of evaluation method of drilling fluid properties with sand core test piece is investigated in this paper. The experimental results show that the method can simulate the strata well, and it is simple and convenient, scientific and practical, which can provide a new evaluation way for relevant scientific research and production.
