摘要
采用非离子聚合物与酚醛树脂制备了一种耐温耐盐的深部调剖剂,并考察了深部调剖剂的成冻性能。根据成冻强度级别的划分,定性地测定了成冻时间,用突破真空度法定量地测定了成冻强度,并绘制出成冻时间和成冻强度等值图。评价了聚合物与交联剂的质量分数、温度、pH值、矿化度及剪切速率对成冻性能的影响,也评价了油井的封堵性能,并分析了注入时机对采收率的影响。结果表明:交联体系成冻时间在1~18 d可调,成冻后强度高,具有很好的耐温耐盐性;pH值适用范围广,抗剪切性强,封堵性能好。在注入相同量的调剖剂时,注入时机越早,提高采收率增值也就越大。
Abstract
Deep profile control agents which was thermophilic and halotolerant was prepared with nonionic polymers and phenolic resin. The gelling behavior of the deep profile control agents is aslo studied experimentally in this paper. The gelation time is qualitatively determined by the classification of gel strength and the gel strength is quantitatively measured by breakthrough vacuum method, and the contour diagrams of gelation time and gel strength are gained. The effect of polymer and the concentration, temperature, pH value, salinity and shear rate of crosslinking agent on gelling property is evaluated, implementing the performance evaluation of well plugging and inspecting the effect of injection timing on recovery ratio. The results show that the gelation time of crosslinking system is adjustable from 1 to 18 days and that the jellied profile control agents illustrate a high strength, thermophilic and halotolerant, widely applicable pH value, good shear resistance property and plugging capacity. As same amount of profile control agent is injected, the earlier injection timing is, the higher the incremental value of enhanced oil recovery is.
