摘要
酸化是提高油气田增产增注的重要措施之一,但不可避免地会对管道产生腐蚀,因而开发出性能优良的酸化缓蚀剂具有重要意义。利用醛酮胺缩合反应合成出了一种新型酸化缓蚀剂DS-34。以静态腐蚀速率为试验评价指标,用正交试验法对主剂的合成工艺条件进行优化,试验条件下获得的最佳合成工艺条件为:醛酮胺摩尔比1.3∶1∶1、反应温度60 ℃、反应时间3 h、pH=7。采用电化学方法考察了它的性能,结果表明DS-17是以抑制阴极腐蚀过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂。通过与乌洛托品、硫脲、OP-10等工业品复配,其缓蚀性能进一步提高。在15% HCl中加入1% DS-34,N80钢片的腐蚀速率降到0.46 g·m-2·h-1,远优于商品缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能,显示出良好的应用前景。
Abstract
Acidification is one of important measures of increasing the output of oil-gas field, but the pipeline will be inevitably corroded. So the development of acidification inhibitor with excellent performance is of an important significance. A new type of acidification corrosion inhibitor DS-34 was synthesized through using the condensation reaction of aldehyde, ketone and amine. Static corrosion rate is used as the experimental evaluation indexes, the synthetic conditions were optimized in terms of orthogonal test method. The optimal synthetic conditions gained at experimental condition are that the molar ratio of aldehyde, ketone and amine is 1.3∶1∶1, reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 3 hours and pH value 7. By using electrochemical methods, its performance is evaluated. The study results show that DS-17 is a mixed inhibitor, which suppresses mainly the cathodic corrosion. Its corrosion control performance is further improved combined with urotropine, thiourea, OP-10 and other industrial compound.When DS-34 of 1% is added in HCl of 15%, the corrosion rate of N80 steel can be reduced to 0.46 g per square meter and per hour. That is much better than corrosion performance of industrial corrosion inhibitors, indicating a good prospect for industrial application.
