摘要
选择合理井网密度是油田开发设计的核心内容,因为井网密度的大小直接影响采收率的高低和经济效益的好坏。针对B16油藏目前高含水的现状,有必要对目前的井网密度进行研究。首先应用谢尔卡乔夫公式、采油速度法和注采平衡法对B16油藏现有技术井网进行评价,分别得出B16油藏的井网密度。然后采用经济静态方法得到了B16油藏的经济极限井网密度和经济最佳井网密度,采用经济动态方法得到了B16油藏的经济动态最佳井网密度和经济动态极限井网密度。考虑到利率、原油价格、成本等经济动态因素,采用经济动态方法来评价井网密度。研究认为,技术井网密度在经济最佳和经济极限井网密度之间,目前实际井网密度接近技术井网密度,但都低于经济合理井网密度。建议下一步加密布井时取经济合理井网密度,即H0、H1、P3wt2层的实用井网密度分别取18,15,11口·km-2。推荐的井网密度为平均值,一般来说,生产实际中应根据渗透率适当调整。
Abstract
Selection of reasonable well spacing is the core content of designing oilfield development because well spacing density impacts recovery ratio and economic results directly. It is necessary to study current well spacing aiming at the current situation of high water cut in B16 reservoir. This paper evaluated the well spacing of B16 oil reservoir by using Xiekaerqiaofu’s Equation, oil production rate method, balanced injection and production rate method respectively. Reasonable well spacing of B16 reservoir has been obtained. Economic static methods were used to obtain the economic limit well spacing and economic reasonable well spacing of B16 oil reservoir and to obtain best economic dynamic well spacing and economic dynamic limit well spacing of B16 oil reservoir by dynamic method. With the considering of the dynamic economy factors such as interest rate, oil price, cost, etc, the economy dynamic method was used to evaluate well spacing. It is considered that the technology well spacing is between that of the best economic well spacing and the economic limit well spacing. Current well spacing is close to technology well spacing, but both are lower than economic reasonable well spacing. It is suggested that the reasonable well spacing should be taken in the next step of infilling well pattern, that is the actual well spacing of H0, H1 and P3wt2 will be 18, 15 and 11 well/km2 respectively. The recommended well spacing is the average value. In general, well spacing in actual production should be adjusted according to permeability
