摘要
参数设计是决定聚合物驱油能否成功的关键,尤其是分子量和溶液质量浓度。这两者不仅关乎聚合物的增黏效果,而且跟地层堵塞有着直接关系。基于这一事实,从聚合物分子的回旋半径与油层喉道半径中值的配伍性出发,确定了聚合物相对分子质量的上限;从聚合物分子的水动力学半径与油层平均喉道半径的配伍性出发,确定了溶液质量浓度的优选准则。现场实践证明,第一种方法切实可行,对油田聚合物驱有一定的指导意义;第二种方法涉及参数较多,可操作性不强,但有一定的借鉴意义。
Abstract
Abstract: Parameter design, especially molecular weight and solution concentration, is the key to decide whether the polymer flooding is successful or not. Both are not only related to viscosifying effect of polymer, but also directly decide the formation plugging. Based on the fact, this article ascertains the supremum of relative molecular mass of polymer according to compatibility of polymer molecular convolution radius with the reservoir throat radius median, and determines the optimum criteria of polymer solution concentration in accordance with the compatibility of hydrodyn radius of polymer molecular with the mean throat radius of reservoir. Field application result indicates that the first method is practicable and has definite guiding significance for polymer flooding oilfield, and that the second method involves many parameters, limited in operability, but it is of certain reference significance.
