摘要
针对定向射孔完井工艺,以FLAC3D软件为平台对其进行了三维仿真,并运用应力坐标转换理论实现了任意井斜、井身方位和射孔方位的工况分析。应用建立的仿真模型对川西地区3口定向射孔井进行了仿真分析,实例应用表明,仿真结果与实际施工数据吻合性较好。建立的仿真模型与仿真方法可以较为合理地用于定向射孔完井的仿真研究,为油气井增产措施的制定提供了实用的仿真模型和简捷的仿真方法。
Abstract
In this paper, a three-dimensional simulation model had been established by using FLAC3D software aiming at oriented perforating completion technology. In addition, the performance analyses in different inclinations, wellbore azimuths and perforation azimuths could be realized in this model by applying the stress coordinate transformation conception. The field application of this simulation model and method in three oriented perforating wells in West Sichuan indicated that the stimulation results highly agreed with the practical data. Therefore, the simulation model and method in the paper not only can be rationally used for the simulation study on oriented perforating completion, but also can provide a practical simulation model and method for the stimulation study of oil and gas well.
