由于注入液体温度与油层原始温度的差异,在注入井周围区域会产生一个温度应力场,从而引起水平地应力的减小。对于文南油田近3 000 m深的井,地层温度和注水温度之间存在的巨大差异是不容忽视的,它将使注入井周围水平地应力减少很多。文中主要利用有限元的方法来分析这种热应力对套管的影响,并建立有限元分析模型,从而得出热应力变化规律。
Because of the temperature difference between injection and formation water, thermal stress field is formed around wellbore and decreases the horizontal formation stress. For the wells of nearly 3,000m in depth in Wennan Oilfiled, the temperature difference must be caught more attention. In the paper, the impact of thermal stress to casing is analyzed by finite element method, and the finite analysis model is established. Therefore the changing pattern of thermal stress filed is discovered.
