随着大牛地气田的勘探开发,钻井工艺技术日趋成熟,钻井液性能不断完善,在开发过程中出现了越来越多的小间隙井眼勘探井和开发井,而小间隙井眼给固井工作带来了很大难度。文中分析了大牛地气田小间隙井眼固井施工中存在的问题,介绍了固井中的施工要点和技术措施。通过优选水泥浆体系,应用平衡地层压力固井、紊流-塞流复合顶替等技术,在大牛地气田小间隙井眼固井中取得一定成效。
With the continuous exploration and development of Daniudi Gas Field in the north part of Erdos basin, drilling technology is becoming more and more mature,the function of drilling fluid is getting more and more perfect. Therefore, more and more smallannular- space exploratory wells appear during the process of exploratory development, which brings a lot of trouble to the cementing operation. This article analyses the problems of cementing operation in wellbores of small-annular-space in Daniudi Gas Field . It also introduces the main points and measures of operation. Through the choice of mud fluid system, the application of balanced
reservoir pressure to cementing operation , and compound displacement technology of turbulent-slug flow, good effect has been obtained in cementing operation in wellbores of small-annular-space in Daniudi Gas Field.
