强水敏低温油藏压裂技术应用研究

Application of fracturing technology for strong water sensitivity and
low temperature reservoirs

在强水敏低温油藏中存在储层水敏伤害和压裂液破胶不彻底等诸多技术难题,一直限制着水力压裂技术在该类储层中的有效应用。从前期压裂施工对储层的伤害评价出发,分析了制约压裂增产效果的各种因素,包括储层敏感性、压裂液伤害等;通过室内实验,优选出了一套适用于该类储层的低伤害压裂液体系,并通过数值模拟,建议了注水井组和非注水井组的压裂裂缝长度和导流能力,对于强水敏低温油藏的有效开发具有一定的指导意义。
Many technology difficulties including water sensitivity damage and gel out insufficiency in strong water sensitive and low temperature reservoirs restrain the effective application of hydraulic fracturing technology in this type of reservoirs. Based on the evaluation of fracturing damage in previous period, this paper analyzes many factors restraining fracturing effects, such as formation sensitivity, fracturing fluid damage and so on. Through the indoor experiment, a fracturing fluid system with low damage is selected out for this type of reservoirs. The paper suggests the fracture length and conductivity of injection well groups and non- injection
well groups through numerical simulation, which have some guidance for the development of this type of reservoirs.
