注水井深部酸化技术在吐哈油田的应用

随着吐哈油田注水开发的深入,注水井的污染堵塞不断向地层深部推进,并在深部累积,致使水井欠注现象严重,常规酸化解堵措施处理半径有限、增注效果不理想。如何解除地层深部污染,已成为当前油田开发上产急需解决的问题。通过调研国内外深部酸化技术,开发长岩心模拟实验方法,明确地层深部污染类型,利用自生酸缓速机理,采用酸液交替段塞注入工艺,研究出了深部酸化技术,并在吐哈油田推广应用,取得显著效果,为注水井酸化增注提供了有力的技术支持。
As the water injection development of Tuha Oilfield goes further, pollutions located in the injection well had been pushed and cumulated deeply into formation, which reduced the capability of injection. The depth of ordinary acidifications is very limited and can not acquire better effects. How to relieve deep pollutions has become an urgent problem in oilfield production. Through researching the techniques of deep acidification both domestic and abroad, long core experiment was developed to insure deep pollution types. By using the retarder mechanism of self-born acid and the alternated slug injection technology, deep technical
acidification system has been developed. As it is applied to Tuha Oilfield,significant results were obtained. It also provides a powerful technical support to increase the capability of injection wells.
