西峰油田投入开发后，由于原油饱和压力大，油井井底脱气严重，严重影响油井日常生产，要控制油井套管套压，就需要准确测试套管气量。文中介绍了一种简单的套管气量测试方法，实际应用表明，该方法切实可行，同时也指出测试时应注意的事项，对油井的日常生产有一定意义。

The gas released from oil well bottom is seriously in the course of production because of the high crude oil saturation pressure after a long time exploitation in Xifeng Oilfield. Therefore,the daily production has been influenced seriously. In order to control the casing pressure, quantity of casing-gas must be exactly tested. The article introduces a simple testing method of casing-gas and the application shows that it is practicable. It also points out the important notices for casing-gas testing, which is in a certain sense for daily oil well production.
