稠油蒸汽驱热效率影响因素研究

Influencing factors of thermal efficiency during heavy oil steam drive

通过建立稠油蒸汽驱的开发地质模型,对蒸汽驱开发过程中的蒸汽注入速度、蒸汽注入干度、不同地层渗透率纵向分布,以及油层中存在隔夹层等影响稠油热采热效率的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:蒸汽的井底干度越大,地层渗透率为正韵律分布时稠油油田蒸汽驱的热效率越高;地层渗透率为反韵律分布时,良好的隔夹层可以提高稠油蒸汽驱热效率;较高的蒸汽注入速度可以提高油田采收率,但会降低热效率。
A development geologic model of heavy oil steam drive was built to analyze the factors affecting the thermal efficiency, such as steam injection rate, steam dryness of well bottom, vertical permeability distribution and restraining barrier in reservoirs. The study result shows that the high steam dryness of well bottom and the positive rhythm distribution of reservoir permeability can increase the thermal efficiency during the heavy oil steam drive. When the permeability distribution is opposite rhythm, the existence of
restraining barrier can suppress the heat loss, and the high steam injection rate is beneficial to the improving of recovery efficiency, but is no use to increasing the thermal efficiency. The research result has a theory guiding significance for the reasonable design of steam drive in heavy oil development.
