摘要
过饱和的CaCO3溶液并不会马上结垢,而是在结垢前有一个亚稳定的过渡期,即CaCO3的结垢诱导期。文章借鉴前人的理论,利用线性回归和作图法,分别得出了温度在85,100,115,130 ℃条件下的化学动力学参数、热动力学参数及有效界面张力。应用这些参数,得出了相应温度下的CaCO3结垢诱导期及其成核速率、晶核长大速率的计算公式,并对影响CaCO3结垢诱导期的饱和度与温度、流速及Mg2+与SO42-的存在因素进行了分析。
Abstract
Because the supersaturated solution of CaCO3 has a metastable transitional period before fouling, it can not scale immediately, which is usually called the fouling induction period of CaCO3. The paper obtained the chemical kinetics, thermodynamics and effective interfacial tension parameters respectively at 85℃,100℃,115℃and 130℃by using the methods of linear regression and plotting with prior theory. Based on these parameters, we got the calculation equations of fouling induction period of CaCO3 and its
nucleation rate, crystal nucleus growth rate at corresponding temperature. And the paper analyzed the influencing factors of CaCO3 fouling induction period, such as saturation, temperature, flow velocity, existence of Mg2+ and SO42-.
