水力喷射泵举升稠油掺稀比影响因素研究

Influential factors of blending ratio in heavy oil lifting with hydraulic jet pump

水力喷射泵开采稠油油藏时，常掺入稀油进行井筒降黏开采。在优化喷嘴/喉管组合的基础上，通过优化计算软件分析油井井底流压、含水率、油井产量等变化对水力喷射泵开采过程中掺稀比的影响。计算结果表明：井底流压下降，或含水率上升时，掺稀比呈上升趋势；油井产量增加时，掺稀比先增大，后降低，但地面注入压力一直呈增大之势。

We usually soak thin oil to visbreaking in heavy oil lifting with hydraulic jet pump. By optimizer, on the basis of the combination of the jetter and the throat, this article mainly analyzed the influence of flowing bottom-hole pressure, water cut and well yield to the blending ratio in heavy oil lifting with hydraulic jet pump. The results show that when flowing bottom hole pressure decreases or water cut becomes to raise, the blending ratio will be rising, when the well yield raises, the blending ratio will be increased in the first and decreased later, but the pressure of injection is always increasing at the surface.
