吉林油田乾安采油厂目前共有1 359口油井采用小环状掺输集油流程。在这种流程中,油井采用翻斗分离器+电子水表的计量方式,计量误差一般较大,计量液量为负值的状况时有发生。现场试验验证了水表与翻斗分离器之间存在系统误差。计算单井产量时,若校正系统误差,并确定合理的掺水量,那么计量结果就会控制在误差范围内。
There are 1,359 wells in Qian’an Oil Productin Plant of Jilin Oilfield, which adopted the small ring-doped oil flow. The process used oil separator dump & electronic meter measurement methods, which has large error in measurement and negative measurement has been taken place from time to time. In this paper, it is verified that the systematic error existed between electronic meter and oil separator dump by field test. The measurement results will be controlled within the scope of the error if the systematic error is
corrected and the amount of mixing water is reasonablely determined when calculating the single-well production.
