PDC钻头的优选方法很多，但是都有待进一步完善。文中提出了一种参数化分析优选PDC钻头的方法，可以在现场结合钻头使用情况，分析PDC钻头的具体结构对钻头整体性能的影响，进一步提出钻头的优选方向和改进措施，是对现有PDC钻头优选方法的有效补充。通过建立相应的PDC钻头数据库，能够极大地提高对PDC钻头的认识，从而能够有针对性地改善PDC钻头的结构，更好地优选、制造PDC钻头。

There are many ways of choosing PDC bits, but all of them must be further improved. In this paper, an optimization method of parametric analysis for PDC bits is given, which can be used to analyze the overall performance affected by the specific structure of PDC bits according to the dull bits analysis at well sites. Then further optimization and measures for improvement can be put forward, which is an effective complement to the existing PDC bits optimization methods. Based on setting up the related data base of PDC bits, the understanding of PDC bit can be greatly improved and the structure of PDC bit can be further and pertinently
improved in order to optimize and manufacture PDC bit better.
