Sedimentary characteristics of Zhangjiayu Subformation of Gaoyuzhuang Formation
in North Hebei Depression

通过野外剖面观察、室内薄片资料的研究和对张家峪亚组岩性、生物特征及相标志分析,认为张家峪期发生大规模海侵,研究区内水深达到最大,形成一套碳酸盐台盆相沉积,自下向上分为局限台地、碳酸盐盆地、碳酸盐台地前缘斜坡、碳酸盐台地边缘浅滩和局限台地潮间坪5个沉积相。
According to the observation of field outcrop, laboratory analysis of thin section data, and analysis of lithology, biological features and facies marks for Zhangjiayu Subformation, it is believed that a large scale marine transgression took place and that the water depth of the area was the deepest at Zhangjiayu period. The transgression resulted in the formation of carbonate platformbasin facies sedimentation. Five sedimentary facies, i.e. restricted platform, carbonate basin, carbonate platform foreslope, platform margin shallows and intertidal flat of restricted platform, were distinguished from below to above.
