黄骅坳陷白东构造带经历了多期构造活动形成了东西向“S”型展布、堑心内断层南北对倾的“包心菜”状的独特构造,分析白东构造带第三纪构造成因对于该区油气勘探具有指导意义。以局部构造变形特征分析为手段，从各层位上堑心构造组合的特殊现象分析出发,结果表明该区自第三纪以来是在右旋走滑拉分背景下伸展走滑作用的结果。

Baidong structural belt is located in the north of Huanghua Depression, Bohai Bay Basin. It has acabbage-like structure
because of multi-stage tectonic movement. The structural belt spreads in the structural form of "S"shape from east to west. The
analysis of Baidong structural belt is of great significance for guiding petroleum exploration in the study area. The study has been
done by analyzing the unique garben structural assemblages in different horizons and its local structural deform features. The study
results show that the tructural belt origin is the result of extension-strike under the environment of dextral strike-slip pull-apart
since Neogene in the area
