阿31断块为低孔低渗砂岩油藏，采用不规则反七点法注水开发，随着开发逐步进入高含水阶段，主产区域水淹状况严重、套变套损造成停产、部分层系和区域现有井网不见效、平面和层内非均质性严重等矛盾日益突出，已开始影响断块长期稳产。通过对水驱效果的综合分析，认为制约开发效果改善的主要因素是注采井网不完善、注水产液结构不合理、油层压力结构与能量状况差，以及井下套变套损严重。研究结果对断块后期的综合治理具有一定的指导作用，并将有助于提高此类油藏的开发水平。

Block A31 is a sandstone reservoir with low permeability and low porosity. Irregular inverted seven spot waterflooding pattern
was taken in initial production. However, some problems come out after entering into high water cut stage, and have greatly acted on
the long-term production stability of the block. Influential factors of waterflooding development efficiency in Block A31 were given
as followed: inadaptable flooding pattern, irrational injection and production, deficient reservoir drive energy and serious casing
failures. The conclusions made in this paper can be used as a reference to early development design or late integrated adjustment of
fault-block reservoir
