物理法随钻防漏堵漏技术是一种防、堵结合的新方法,可解决西部油气深井孔洞渗透性地层和裂缝性地层钻井中的井漏问题。采用流体力学和射流理论基本原理,把钻井过程中泵入井底的钻井液进行分流,将15%左右的钻井液通过一种独特的井下工具分流,采用新型射流的水力能量作用方式直接射入可能漏失井壁,配合相适应的具有随钻防漏堵漏作用的钻井液体系,使漏失井壁快速形成“人造井壁”,从而达到随钻防漏堵漏的目的,提高漏失井壁的承压能力和钻井液的密度窗口,对油气层也有保护作用。
The physical method of preventing and sealing the circulation loss while drilling is a new method which is associated with
preventing and sealing.It can solve the circulation loss problem of permeable pore-hollow formation and fracture formation in the
deep oil and gas wells of the western regions. According to the hydromechanics and the fundamental principle of jet stream, we
divide about 15% drilling fluid that is pumped into the bottom hole during drilling operation by a distinct downhole tool. The
suitable drilling fluid of the preventing and sealing loss function while drilling is pumped into the potent absorption sidewall to
make the absorption sidewell quickly form the man-made sidewall through the water power energy of new-type jet stream for
preventing and sealing circulation loss. Therefore, the bearing pressure ability and density window of absorption sidewall are
enhanced, which has a good effect on protecting oil and gas reservoirs.
