摘要
聚合物驱油是油田高含水开发后期原油稳产的主要技术措施,其目的是为了增加注入水的黏度。文章对注聚流程降黏作了较为系统的生产测试调研分析。聚合物驱过程中系统的机械降解所占比例相对较小,主要损失发生在掺污水以后的注入管之中,这种掺污后的大幅度降黏事实上还是一种普遍现象,必须引起足够重视,当务之急是提高溶液配注质量,确保聚合物的驱油效果。
Abstract
Polymer flooding is a key measure of stabilizing crude oil production at high water cut stage in an oilfield. The aim of polymer
injection is to increase the viscosity of water injection. Viscosity loss test in course of polymer injection is systemically investigated
and analyzed in this paper. The conclusion shows that the most of viscosity loss occur in the injecting pipe after mixing wastewater
during polymer injection, while the minority occur through mechanical degradation. It is a common phenomenon that the viscosity is
largely reduced after mixing wastewater, which must be sufficiently recognized. The urgent affairs are to improve the quality of
injection allocation solution to ensure the oil displacement effectiveness of polymer.
