抽油井地面效率与井下效率的高低,对整个系统的效率起决定作用。针对影响抽油机井系统效率的各个环节因素进行了分析研究,在系统效率测试的基础上,对系统效率的主要影响因素及具体的实施工艺进行了适应性和效果分析,取得了初步认识。提高油井系统效率要坚持地面效率和井下效率一起抓的原则,将参数优化和应用增效技术这两方面结合起来,首先应从参数优化、调平衡等投资少、见效快的措施开始,做好日常生产基础管理工作。
This paper analyzes the factors of affecting pumping well system efficiency. Based on the system efficiency test, the
investigation has been conducted aiming at the main impact factors of system efficiency. It analyzes the technologic applicability
and its efficiency. We have obtained the primary cognition that the surface efficiency must be combined with the downhole
efficiency in order to improve the systematic efficiency of pumping well, and that the parameter optimization must be integrated
with the applicable techenology. In the first place, we should do our best at the daily production management with starting from the
measures of less investment and quick effect of optimized parameters and adjusting balance
