孤东油田地热采油可行性研究

Study on feasibility of geothermal oil recovery in Gudong Oilfield

随着石油资源供需矛盾日益突出,燃烧原油产生蒸汽来实现稠油热采的开发方式需要转变;薄层、边水驱稠油油藏不适合热采;注入水温度低造成油层温度持续下降,增大了原油黏度。根据孤东油田馆陶组稠油开采现状,提出利用丰富的地热资源,以深层高温度开发流体将大量的热量带入浅油层,降低原油黏度、提高原油流动能力,以深层高温流体携带地热加热浅油层。文章设计了几种地热采油方案,结合馆陶组稠油开采的实际需要,在统计孤东油田温度的变化基础上,提出可利用现有地热资源,在有利区块率先开展地热采油先导性试验。
The petroleum production means need to be changed through burning the crude oil to produce the steam in order to
implement the thermal recovery of heavy oil because of the increasing intensity of supply and demand contradiction of petroleum
resources and continuously high international crude oil price.The thin beds and the heavy oil reservoirs of edge water driving are
not fit for the thermal recovery. The low injected water temperature may result in the continuous decrease of oil layers temperature,
which raises the crude oil viscosity. The long-term severe temperature difference leads to the breaking of the reservoir pore throat
cement and the frame structure, which runs up the high capacity channel crossflow. This paper proposes to develop the fluids and
to bring a great quantity of thermality into the shallow oil layers in order to decrease the crude oil viscosity and increase the its flow
capability by using the rich geothermal resources. The temperature difference in layer systems provides the geothermal source. The
geothermal oil production circuit is studied based on the analysis of the change characteristics of temperature field in Gudong
Oilfield. It proposes the pilot test of the geothermal oil production in the profitability blocks.
