摘要
随着短半径水平井工艺的不断完善和认识水平的不断提高,短半径水平井逐渐成为老油区挖潜上产、老井再改造、降低油田综合开采成本的重要手段之一。鉴于短半径水平井轨迹着陆控制阶段的重要性,从工程角度把井眼轨迹优化、允许井眼弯曲半径、下井动力钻具造斜率相对误差分析、动力钻具实际造斜率核算、优选动力钻具下井这一指导思想应用于TK818CH短半径水平井的造斜段施工,并取得了预期的效果。
Abstract
It is very important to utilize the horizontal well with short radius to enhance the oil recovery in mature regions, reconstruct the
old well and reduce the exploration cost in Tahe Oilfield. In view of the horizontal wells with short radius, the trajectory control is a
key step in the build-up section. The trajectory optimization, permissible crooked wellhole radius, relative error analysis of the
build-up rate, the true build-up rate analysis and PDM optimization are applied in Well TK818CH practice, which has achieved the
desired results.
