摘要
封隔器胶筒是具有弹性密封、用以保护套管的井下工具,其结构形式和材料性能决定封隔器的密封压差。利用MARC有限元分析软件模拟封隔器胶筒的密封状态,分析计算轴向载荷、密封压差与接触压力之间的关系及封隔器胶筒结构对它的影响,获得了胶筒高度、外斜角、外径等优化结构参数,提高了封隔器胶筒的耐压差性能。
Abstract
Packer rubber is an elastic seal component and the downhole tool used for protecting the casing. Its structure form and
material performance determine on the sealing pressure difference of packer. The sealing condition of packer rubber is modeled with
FEA software in this paper, including the analysis and calculation about the relationships among axial load, sealing pressure
difference and contact pressure and the influence of the structure of packer rubber on them. Optimum structural parameter is
obtained and the performance of withstanding pressure difference is improved.
