摘要
深井重钻井液窄安全密度(压力)窗口的钻井、钻井液技术问题是钻井工程亟待解决的重大技术难题,而井壁加固技术是目前能够有效增大钻井安全密度(压力)窗口的重要技术手段之一。国内外几种主要井壁加固技术的综合分析表明,井壁加固技术在增大钻井安全密度(压力)窗口、保证深井复杂井安全钻井方面有较大的技术潜力,迫切需要加大研究力度。成功实施井壁加固技术的关键因素是不稳定地层特性的分析、挤入压力的确定与控制、井壁加固工作液体系的选择等。井壁加固技术今后的发展方向主要是研究功能更强、与钻井液相容性较好的井壁加固工作液体系;研究随钻井壁加固工作液体系;利用深井高温高压的特性,运用物理化学方法,研究新型的井壁加固工艺技术。
Abstract
The drilling and mud technique problems of narrow safety density(pressure) drilling windows are a great challenge while
deep wells drilling with heavy mud. Sidewall strengthening is one of important methods for broadening safety density
(pressure) drilling windows. Through analysis of correlate technologies, this paper thinks that the technologies of sidewall
strengthening have the definite advantages in drilling safely of deep wells. The key factor to carry out the technologies
successfully are to analyze the caving formations, design and controll entry pressure, and optimize working fluids for sidewall
strengthening. The development trend of this technology is to develop the sidewall strengthening working fluids with more
powerful functions and better compatibility and new technology of sidewall strengthening.
