摘要
针对油包水乳化钻井液应用中存在的不足,研究了以生物毒性低的白油为基液的无水全油基钻井液。试验结果表明,全油基钻井液体系无水相,电稳定性好(大于2 000 V),塑性黏度低,滤失量小(滤液全为油),具有抗钻屑、抗水污染性能强、润滑性能好、抑制性强及储层保护效果好等特点。使用无水全油基钻井液,有利于提高机械钻速、井壁稳定性和储层保护效果,可用于易塌地层、盐膏层,特别是水相活度差异较大的地层,以及能量衰竭的低压地层和海洋深水钻井。
Abstract
Some shortcomings are present in the application of water-in-oil emulsion drilling fluids, so water-free oil-based
drilling fluid using the white oil of low biological toxicity as base fluid was studied in this paper. Test results indicates that
the oil-based drilling fluid system without water phase possesses a good electrolytic stability (>2000V), low plastic viscosity
and low filtration loss. The characteristics of oil-based drilling fluid were assessed such as excellent ability to cuttingsresistant
and pollution-resistant, good lubricating property, strong inhibitive ability and good reservoir protection effects.
These are beneficial to imporve ROP, borehole stability and effects of reservoir protection. The oil-based drilling fluid can be
used in the drilling of instable formation, gypsum/salt beds, different water activity formations, low pressure formation of
energy exhaustion and deep water drilling offshore.
