除氧剂在水质达标中的作用

Action of deoxidant in water quality criterion

水质达标是油田注水开发中的一项关键因素,注水系统的腐蚀是由多方面的因素引起的。在分析注入水腐蚀原因的基础上,针对溶解氧是腐蚀最主要的因素,采用了投加除氧剂的方法使水质达标。对比油田传统用除氧剂亚硫酸钠Na2SO3和复配型除氧剂CY - Z的除氧效果,结果表明:CY - Z可以有效去除油田注水中含有的溶解氧,降低腐蚀速率,对油田注水开发具有一定的指导作用。
Water quality criterion is a key factor in oilfield water-flooding development and the erosion of the injection system is
caused by many factors. Based on the analysis of erosion cause and directed towards that the dissolved oxygen is the main
factor of the erosion, the method of adding deoxidant is used to make the water to reach the standard. This article correlated
the deoxygenization effect of traditional Na2SO3 and complex deoxidant of CY-Z. Results show that new type of complex
deoxidant of CY-Z can be used to remove the dissolved oxygen in the flooding water effectively and to decrease the rate of
erosion. The method can be taken as guidance in the water flooding development of oilfields.
