为了解决硅酸盐钻井液的流变性、滤失造壁性问题,通过分析硅酸盐、黏土、盐、pH值、温度等因素对钻井液的影响,探讨了硅酸盐体系的作用机理。在探讨硅酸盐体系黏度、滤失量影响因素的基础上,提出了晶核理论、成膜理论、溶胶/凝胶理论、井壁稳定机理、电性排斥机理。通过采用聚合物电解质、调节电位等方法,形成无黏土硅酸盐钻井液,实现在较低pH值下对硅酸盐钻井液流变性和滤失造壁性的合理控制,为硅酸盐综合性能的调节开拓新的途径。

In order to solve the problems caused by the rheological and filtrating properties of silicate drilling fluid, the paper discussed the role of the silicate system by analyzing the influence of silicate content, clay, salt, pH value and the temperature. Favorable rheological and filtrating properties of silicate drilling fluid can be obtained in the condition of lower pH values by using the method of polymer electrolyte and regulating potential to form a non-clay silicate drilling fluid. A new road has been opened for the regulation of rheological and filtration properties.
