冲砂液性能对冲砂影响的实验研究

Experimental study on the effect of flushing fluid to sand flushing

在水平井冲砂过程中,为使冲砂彻底,冲砂液的性质起到了非常关键的作用,冲砂液的黏度是确定井底砂能否被冲干净的重要因素。为了求取最佳增黏剂(PAM)浓度,通过实验分析找到了一个平衡点,即最优增黏剂使用量.并得出砂粒沉降规律。随着冲砂液黏度的增加,砂粒的沉末速度逐渐减小,但并不是一直减小的。实验结果表明,砂粒在冲砂液中的沉末速度变化并不明显,通过现场井底砂粒模拟冲砂实验,证实了研究结论的实用性和正确性,对辽河油田冲砂作业具有一定的指导意义。
During the process of the washing sand in the horizontal wells, the property of washing fluid plays an important role in thoroughly flushing wells, especially the viscosity of sand flushing fluid to be the important factor whether sand at the bottom of the well is thoroughly washed out. In order to obtain the optimal concentration of tackifier (PAM), the balance point has been found through experiment in Laboratory. The sedimentation regulation of sand is also found out in the experiment. The sand at the bottom of the well will be thoroughly washed away by using the flushing fluid with such PAM concentration. As the viscosity of sand flushing fluid increasing, the settling velocity of the sand gradually decreases, but it is not linear in relation. Results of the experiment confirmed usability and accuracy of the method, and will be a guide in the sand washing operation in Liaohe Oilfield.
