摘要
砂岩油藏油井的不完善会降低产量及冲蚀生产设备,引起不完善的主要因素是射孔孔眼破裂,造成油井出砂。传统机械防砂技术对于某些油藏可能没有效果。为了控制油井出砂,采用模拟油井出砂的发生和严重程度来确定获得期望产量的最经济防砂方法。通过模拟破裂状况,提出了一种改善钻井和完井作业的先进技术。采用三维孔弹塑性有限元模型去模拟射孔孔眼的稳定性,在现场得到了很好的应用。
Abstract
Destabilization of the oil well in sandstone reservoir can reduce production rate and outwash production equipment. The major cause of such destabilization is perforation breakdown, which causes sand production. The classic mechanically-based sand control techniques are effective, but no use for some reservoirs. In order to control the sand production from oil well, modeling the occurrence and severity of sand production can help identify the most economical method for sand control with the desired production rate. This paper provides an advanced technique for improving the drilling and completion practices through modeling the breakdown. In this study, 3D pore elastoplastic finite element models are employed to model the stability of perforation and are well put into use on site.
