摘要
为提高D84块XLT超稠油油藏动用程度,筛选出直井动用程度较差的Ⅻ组、?育组油层,西部整体部署加密水平井,应用STARTS数值模拟软件,对部署水平井进行了参数优化设计。研究结果表明,开发D84块中厚互层状油藏,水平井部署区单层有效厚度大于5 m、水平段长300~400 m、井底蒸汽干度50%、注汽速度350 t·d-1、注汽强度15 ~20 t·m-1、合理采液量为40~50 t·d-1时,具有一定的经济效益。本次研究为中厚互层状超稠油油藏的水平井开采和采用直井与水平井组合的开发方式提供了科学依据。
Abstract
In order to improve the producing degree of XLT super-heavy oil reservoir in Block D-84, the oil layers of XLT Ⅶand ⅧFormations in this block are selected for the deployment of inter-well infill horizontal wells at its western section where the producing degree by vertical wells is poor. By using STARTS numerical simulation model, the parameter optimization design is conducted for these deployed horizontal wells. According to the result of research, the development of medium-thick interbedded reservoirs in Block D-84 by deploying inter-well infilling horizontal wells will produce certain economic benefits only when the effective thickness of individual layer is more than 5m,the length of horizontal section is 300 to 400 m,the steam quality at bottom
hole is 50%, the velocity of steam injection is 350t per day, the intensity of steam injection is 15 to 20t per meter and the rational fluid production rate is 40 to 50t per day. This optimization design research has provided the scientific basis for development of medium-thick interbedded and super-heavy oil reservoir by using horizontal wells and combination of vertical wells and horizontal wells.
