摘要
射流冲击器的冲击功和冲击频率是衡量射流冲击器水平与质量的2个重要指标。笔者应用基于LabVIEW虚拟仪器平台的检测系统测试冲击功及冲击频率。介绍了冲击频率检测电路:声音拾取电路、声音传送及变换电路,说明了冲击频率参数求取的过程和原理。通过系统压力检测电路,测得冲锤活塞上、下腔压力,求取冲锤活塞的单次冲击功。此方法操作简便,测量结果准确。
Abstract
The impacting energy and impacting frequency of hydro-efflux hammer are two important indicators to measure the level and quality of hydro-efflux hammer. This paper uses the LabVIEW dummy platform detection system to test the impacting energy and impacting frequency of the hydro-efflux hammer. It also introduces the measuring circuit, sound collecting circuit, sound transmitting and transforming circuit of impacting frequency. It explains the process and theory for obtaining the frequency parameter. The up-down pressure of hammer piston is measured through the pressure measuring circuit and the single impacting energy is gained. This method is simple and the measure result is accurate.
