摘要
楼平2井是河南油田井楼区块的一口超浅层大位移水平井,同时创中国石油化工股份有限公司2项新指标:垂深最浅、位垂比达2.51。针对井楼区块地层特点及水平井施工对钻井液的要求,在室内进行了大量试验,优选出聚合物乳化混油防塌钻井液体系。实钻表明,该体系较好地控制了钻井液滤失量,减少了滤液渗入地层;悬浮和携带能力强,井眼净化彻底,避免了岩屑床的形成;抑制能力强,解决了该区块地层分散造浆和易坍塌、阻卡等技术难题;摩阻系数小,起下钻遇阻最大不超过80 kN;油层保护效果好,初试油求产,产油量达30 t·d-1。
Abstract
Well Louping 2 is an extended reach horizontal well with ultra-shallow layer in Block Jinglou of Henan Oilfield. It produced two new indexes, that is to say, the vertical depth is the shallowest and the ratio of displacement to vertical depth is 2.5. In view of the formation characteristics of Block Jinglou and the requests for the horizontal well, the author did lots of experiments in lab and picked up the polymer oil emulsion and anti-collapsed drilling fluid. The real drilling shows that the drilling fluid system can control the filtration loss of drilling fluid and prevent the filtrate seeping into formation. It has capability of hovering, carrying and powerful
rejection, and can purify borehole and avoid the formation of cuttings bed. It also can resolve the problems such as disperse, collapse and stick. Friction value is low and resistance amount is not to exceed 8t while tripping. The effect of reservoir protection is obvious and the output of first well testing is 30t per day.
