富林洼陷前期的压裂试油工艺,由于天然裂缝较发育,压裂液滤失大,压裂效果不理想。近几年针对压裂降滤失技术进行了攻关,成功研制了新型暂堵材料——油溶性粉陶SJ-3。在富115等井压裂时采用了以油溶性粉陶为主的综合降滤失技术,成功地进行了大型压裂施工,压后增油效果明显,打开了该区的勘探开发局面。
Because there are many natural fractures in Fulin Sag and the fracture liquids seriously lose袁the fracturing effect is not ideal by using the fracturing and oil testing technology. In recent years,the de-filtration technology has been attacked as a key problem and a new anti-filtration material,oil-soluble pottery powder has been invented. In the process of fracturing in Well Fu 115,the comprehensive de-filtration technique and measures dominated by oil-soluble pottery powder are taken for implementing largescale fracturing. A good effect has been gotten,which can open up a new situation for exploration and development.
