控制支撑剂回流技术新进展

New progress in technology of controlling proppant flowback

水力压裂后的支撑剂回流一直是困扰油气采输的难题。自从20世纪70年代末预固化树脂包层砂(RCP)防止支撑剂回流成功以后,相继开发出纤维防砂技术、热塑性薄膜(TFS)防砂技术、表面改良支撑剂(SMA)防砂技术、可变形支撑剂(DIP)防砂技术和超低密度支撑剂(ULW)防砂技术。通过分析这6种技术的防砂原理和技术特点,指出可以根据现场实际情况选用相应的防砂技术,从而提高油气井产量,增加油气田经济效益。
The proppant flowback after hydraulic fracturing has been a big problem for exploiting oil and gas. After the resin-coated proppant successfully prevented proppant from flowing back in the seventies,the sand control technologies such as fiber sand control,thermoplastic film strip,surface modification agent,deformable isometric particles and ultra lightweight proppant have emerged one after another. Through analyzing the sand control theory and technical characteristics of six technologies,this paper points out that the proper sand control technology can be adopted to enhance the oil production and the economic benefit according to the situation of field application.
