摘要
分层压裂工艺技术是改善Ⅱ、Ⅲ类油层的主要手段。针对目前采用的填砂、投球、桥塞与限流压裂及其组合等压裂方式,存在投球量难以确定,不能保证压开所有的目的层,油气层改造不彻底等问题。通过对水力锚、喷砂器、安全接头及封隔器等井下工具的组合优化,优选有机硼低伤害压裂液,研制出了卡单封和双封压裂工艺技术。该项技术克服了其他形式分压的弊端,油层改造针对性强,安全性强,工艺效果好。现场12井次试验表明,应用分层压裂技术,施工成功率100%,单井增油量7.8 t·d-1,累积增油量24 824.7 t。
Abstract
Separate layer fracturing technology is the major means to improve Ⅱand Ⅲtype oil layer. Due to the existing factors such
filling sand, balling, bridge plugging and limited flow fracturing combinations, it is difficult to determine the balling amount, all
target beds can not be fractured open and the oil and gas beds can not be transformed completely. Through optimizing the hydraulic
anchor,sand blower, safe joint, the packer and other downhole tools, the fracturing fluid with low organophilic damage is selected
and the fracturing technology for stuck single-seal and double-seal is developed. This technology has overcome the defeats of part
pressure from other forms with a safe and obvious effect. The experiments for twelve wells show that the operation success rate is
100%,the oil production of single well increases 7.8t per day and accumulative oil rate increases 24,824.7t by using the separate
layer fracturing technology.
