Identification of main producing layer of commingling heavy oil well by geochemistry way

由于稠油具有黏度高,族组成中非烃和沥青含量高,饱和烃和芳香烃含量低等特点,全烃色谱图很难反映各油层与井口原油的差异性,给应用气相色谱指纹判识稠油井的主要产油层位带来了困难。利用东北油田某多层混采稠油井各产油层的储层岩石(储层沥青)和混采原油作样品,进行饱和烃和芳香烃色谱-质谱实验,通过星形图、聚类分析、因子分析等技术进行分析和研究,有效地判识了该多层混采稠油井的主要产油层位,并提出了有针对性的生产调整建议。从实施情况来看,效果明显。该方法具有适用性强、投资少、周期短、准确、快速等特点,有推广应用的前景。
For the features of high viscosity of heavy oil, high content of nonhydrocarbon and asphaltic bitumen, and low content of saturated
hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon, it is difficult to identify the oil differences between each produced layer and the wellhead oil
of commingling well in chromatogram. Through using the reservoir bitumen of each effective pay and the mixed heavy oil of multilayer
commingling heavy oil well as the experiment samples, the samples was analyzed by means of the fingerprint features of gas
chromatogram-mass spectrography 渊GC-MS冤of saturation hydrocarbon and the aromatic hydrocarbon. According to the research of
fingerprint correlation star picture, clustering analysis and factor analysis, it has been identified in the main layers of multilayer heavy
oil well. The effect was obvious from the actual enforcement result. This technology has the features of strong applicability, less
investment, short period, accuracy, quick speed and has a wide application prospect.
