新庄油田蒸汽吞吐井与断层安全距离研究

Safe distance between steam-stimulated well and fault in Xinzhuang Oilfield

河南新庄油田断裂极为发育,邻近断层的吞吐井在注蒸汽阶段高压蒸汽极易引发断层开启,使蒸汽沿断层面与邻近水层窜通或窜至地表喷发。为了改善开发效果,采用物理模拟技术,根据裂缝渗透率与净围压变化的关系,研究确定了断层的临界开启压力;同时,结合蒸汽吞吐生产特点,对第一周期注汽阶段的井底压力径向分布特征进行了模拟预测。研究认为,当吞吐井与断层距离大于30 m时,注汽阶段地层压力较原始地层压力升高幅度不超过断层临界开启压力的3.65 MPa,此时断层仍处于封闭状态。该研究成果在新庄油田获得了较好的应用效果。
The fractures are rich in Xinzhuang Oilfield. The steam-stimulated wells near the fault undergo the steaming with high
pressure steam, resulting in the fault opening easily, and making the steam scurry pass conterminous aqueous layers along with
faults or scurry to earth爷s surface and erupt. In order to improve development effect, this paper studies and determines the critical
opening pressure of faults by using the physical modeling technique and according to the relationship between fracture permeability
and variation of net peripheral pressure. At the same time, combined with the characteristics of steam-stimulated production, the
radial distribution feature of bottom-hole pressure during the first cycle of steaming is predicted by numerical modeling. The
research shows when the steam-stimulated wells are 30m away from faults, the rising scope of original formation pressure is not more
3.65MPa higher than the critical opening pressure of fault when steaming compared with initial formation pressure. At this time, the
faults are in closed state. After the research achievements are applied in Xinzhuang Oilfield, the security problems from this are
avoided and the good application effects are gained.
