辽河油田以稠油为主,稠油产量占总产量的80%以上,稠油开采以热力采油为主。稠油蒸汽驱井组存在着油汽比递减加快、油层纵向吸汽厚度或动用程度严重不足等问题。针对稠油汽驱井组注汽层面吸汽不均、层间连通、汽窜严重等问题,利用氮气作为为磺酸盐发泡的充填介质,具有发泡时间长,封阻吸汽能力强,改善吸汽剖面等优点,从而改善注蒸汽效果,增大驱油面积。利用氮气泡沫调剖技术,改善深层稠油动用程度,是挖掘整个层系的潜能,改善井组蒸汽驱效果,提高采收率及经济效益的行之有效的方法。
Liaohe Oilfield mainly produces the heavy oil. The heavy oil production takes up over 80% of the total production and the
heavy oil is produced mainly by thermal recovery method. For the heavy oil steam flood well groups, some problems are present,
such as the quick decline of oil-steam ratio and insufficient steam injecting into the reservoirs vertically or insufficient producing of
the reservoirs. In view of the problems of uneven steam injection, interlayer communication and steam channeling in heavy oil steam
flood well groups, nitrogen is used as the guest media for sulphonate foam with long foaming time, strong capability for blocking
steam absorption and improving steam injection profile. Therefore the steam flood result is improved and the oil displacement areas
are increased. By using the nitrogen foam profile control technique, the producing extent of deep heavy oil can be improved. So it is
a feasible method for tapping the potential of entire layer systems, improving the steam flood results of well groups and increasing oil
recovery factor and economic benefit.
